Egg-Less Cookie Dough.

As the minions say Whaaaa? That’s right no eggs here. No it doesn’t taste the same as the real stuff, and no not as good. I have yet to hear of anyone getting sick from eating the real stuff. Nothing compares. But this does come close.




Today was the first day of work with the kiddos, it was interesting. A lot went on. Which in turn got me out of cooking dinner tonight, that and the fact my dad had surgery. 🙂  All is well, thankfully. It must have been a day for going under the knife, my mother in law had a cyst removed.  I guess falling back into a school routine will be a little bit harder this year, so pizza for dinner sounds just right.  🙂 On The Bright Side: This treat is great!




Egg Less Cookie Dough

3/4 cup brown sugar (light)

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup milk

1 cup flour

Pinch salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and milk. Mix in the flour, salt, and chocolate chips until well blended. Chill in the refrigerator.
