Manic Monday: Chicken Fried Rice. Yes Please!

This stuff is better than takeout!! Seriously. No joke. The prepared rice in this recipe can be from 1-3 days prior. It actually taste better if the rice is over a day old. I love takeout, but this makes me feel like it’s a bit more healthy. Most food cooked at home seems better for you, even if you’re eating a pound of bacon. ( Not that it has happens often, but you never know.)
