Part 2 of this rings & things. Also based on a recipe from Pillsbury but changed a bit, is a Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring. It’s a fast and easy way to get supper on the table. Plus its spicy and delicious.
You’ll need two cans of crescent rolls. I cheated and grabbed a can of Chick Breast in the can, I know, I know, but there wasn’t enough time to cook some chicken. If you have the time of course cook up a breast or two. I chopped up half an onion & 1 celery stalk, also used 1/2 a block, or container, of cream cheese, 1 ranch packet, and 1/2 cup of Frank’s hot sauce. I used the buffalo flavor. But your preferred hot sauce would be fine. Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and stir it up.
Lay a rectangle, 2 triangles, of crescents rolls on to a pan, creating a square in the middle. Lay the 2nd container of rolls, over the open spaces. Spread the mixture on top of the rolls, pulling up the edges to seal it inside. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins, or until golden brown. Cut and Serve.
